What do you mean by Connection charge and how does it work?
Every time you try to make a call there is a connection charge applicable, which will be deducted from the available minutes. The calling card assumes that you will make one call and that is already reflected as the number of minutes that you will get on the first call if the calling card is completed. ALL low rate phone cards have a connection fee, but even then, the cost of savings is great.
